What I collect
- Enquiries. The website address, your email, and your name and note if you give them.
- Email. If you email me, I keep the email and my reply.
- Technical data. My hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information — IP address, browser and the page requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you send an enquiry I keep that information with it to help filter spam.
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.
How I use it
To look into what you've asked about, reply to you, follow up, and keep a record of our correspondence. I don't add you to a mailing list or newsletter, and I don't sell or share your details with anyone.
Where it's kept
Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare; email is handled by Google Workspace. Both may store data outside Australia. I take reasonable steps to keep it secure, and I delete requests that didn't turn into work after a reasonable time.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Emailjamie@searchjam.com.au. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
